Scattering Tool was done to add decals and geometry debris on Assassin´s Creed 3 remastered props.
Since the engine was not able to add any kind of procedural content on props, I did a 3ds MAX tool to allow it.
It was done on 3ds MAX 11. The PFlow support was really poor on this version, so the whole tool was done trying to hack all these restrictions.
